Our dry cured bacon has minimal water unlike mass market product. More Flavor and more Bacon Bliss.


Most mass produced bacon is wet cured.  Dry cured bacon is made the old-fashioned way, it takes more time but we think it's worth it.  Our current product loses 12-14% of it's moisture during curing. Our previous dry cured bacon lost 18-20%.  Our bacon is a bit less firm and salty than our previous product.  All sliced bacon comes in at a full pound (none of those cheater sizes) and all are gluten and allergen free.  Every package is marked with the USDA inspected seal
