BaconFreak FAQ

1.  All shipments are sent with a packing list only.  No prices are shown as our products are often sent as gifts.  Please use the order comments box at checkout if you would like to add a gift message to your order.

2.  Monthly clubs are shipped the day received if before 1pm PST.  However, this only applies to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday since these are the days we ship perishable items to ensure arrival in optimum condition.  The next shipment will ship the first week of the following month if the order was placed the first 15 days of the month.  Orders placed after the 15th will skip a month and ship the first week of the following month.  If you would like the second shipment early, (and why wouldn't you, you can never have enough bacon) contact us and we will reschedule the shipment.  

3.  Although some of our bacon is shelf-stable for 90 days, we ship our bacon, sausage and ham to arrive cool in insulated packages with gel-packs.  In the event your items do not arrive cool, please contact us and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  We cannot control USPS or UPS, but we ship the most cost effective way to keep pricing as low as possible.

4.  When ordering gifts, when you are ready to check out, you must click check out, then log in or enter your email address and continue as guest. NEXT you will input recipient's shipping address, at the bottom of this you will uncheck "My Billing address is the same as my shipping address" if the billing address is different than the shipping address. Once unchecked, you can put in the billing address and continue to the payment section of transaction.
