Brown Sugar Bourbon Bacon starts with America-grown, USDA processed pork belly. The belly is hand rubbed with brown sugar and 2 shots of bourbon then spends ten-days for the flavor to soak in.

It is then smoked for a rich, smooth flavor that you would expect from gourmet bacon.  This bacon is like a long slow sip of bourbon, delicious from start to finish.  Dry cured in the great state of Tennessee for old-fashioned quality and flavor.
