Maple Pepper Smoked Bacon starts with America-grown, USDA processed pork belly. The belly is hand rubbed in a blend of Kosher salt and brown sugar along with maple syrup and pepper, then spends seven to ten days for the flavor to soak in.
The bacon is then smoked with apple wood, pecan wood and Don Pablo Signature Blend coffee beans. Made with real maple syrup and course black pepper, it has a sweet and smoky depth of flavor that is a true customer favorite. Remember to cook lower and slower so you don't burn the maple. Bake it in the oven for perfect results. Dry cured in the great state of Tennessee for old-fashioned quality and flavor.
