Somewhere between slabs and sliced bacon you will find these bacon steaks.  This is for the serious bacon lover that really likes thick cut bacon, Signature Smoked Bacon Steaks (smoked with Apple wood, Pecan wood and Don Pablo coffee beans) are sliced at a king size 1/2" thick! Cook on your grill, grooved griddle or flatiron. The taste of bacon with the texture of a steak!
