BBQ Baconized Corn on the Cob

Harvest the best of summer with some corn on the cob wrapped in gourmet bacon. Things I love about this recipe are the smoky flavor of corn cooked on the grill, grilling it in foil leaves absolutely zero mess to clean up, the sound of sizzling bacon when you open the grill and the flavor of the Firecracker chili bacon cooked on the grill. Wow is that good! So simple, but sweet corn in the summer is almost a ritual. 

Ingredients

corn on the cob

firecracker chili bacon

aluminum foil

Wrap a slice of bacon or two around each corn cob then wrap them in foil. Cook on top of a medium heat grill for about 20 minutes. Unwrap and serve.
