Maple Bacon Manhattan

Just the thing to enjoy both the flavor of Bacon and maple in a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Southern Comfort 100 whiskey
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• ¼ oz. maple syrup
• 1-2 slices of cooked bacon for garnish

Directions

1. Add the Southern Comfort 100, vermouth, maple syrup and bitters into cocktail shaker.
2. Shake it up, pour over ice in a large rocks glass.
3. Add crispy slice of bacon.
