It's cured in a traditional method, so when you cook a pound of bacon, you get a pound of bacon. It doesn't shrink and splatter when you cook it.

How will you receive all of your goodies?
Our items are shipped in a secure box with gel-packs to ensure freshness and optimum delicious flavor. PLEASE: As these items are perishable, we require the recipients email address so they will be notified of their shipment and they can receive it in a timely fashion.
When will the monthly bacon be shipped?
The first shipment will go out within a couple days of receiving your order. Often the next day, but since we only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the shipment may be held over to one of these days depending on which day the order was received. The second shipment goes out the following month if the original order was placed the first through the 15th of the month. Orders placed the 16th through month end will go out the month after unless you contact and tell us you can't wait (Great idea!). All monthly shipments go out the first full shipping week of the month.
