The Smoked Cheddar starts with a firm white sharp cheddar with zero dyes or additives and it's smoked with our Signature Smoke of apple and pecan woods and coffee beans. Then we take that same cheese before we smoke it and soak it in a chocolate porter. The result is a rich tasting cheese with a touch of chocolatey dark beer flavor smoked to perfection.
