Our Havarti cheese is smoked with zero dyes or additives and smoked with our Signature Smoke consisting of apple wood, pecan wood and coffee beans. That same Havarti then gets a long nap in a cozy cabernet and is smoked with that same Signature smoke to become Cabernet Havarti.
