All items in this category are California Prop 12 compliant and are available to ship to addresses within California only.  Same great  dry cured taste as our other products but the porkbellies are sourced that comply with the regulations that went into effect this year.  This bacon is produced by a small boutique family owned company that crafts exceptional bacon.  Dry cured and cold smoked made the old-fashioned way.  All bacon is gluten and allergen free.
