The Bacon-Wrapped Turducken is a meat lover's dream come true that combines a boneless Turducken roast with bacon inside AND out.
This beastly meat feast delivers the wow-factor to any holiday or special occasion like Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Bacon-Wrapped Turducken combines boneless turkey thigh meat that is wrapped in bacon and layered with boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, boneless, skinless duck breast meat, and stuffed with a spicy Italian sausage stuffing. The entire roast is then finally wrapped in bacon.
It's something every carnivore should try, at least once, but not many will invest the time and work necessary to make one. If you make your own turbaconducken the estimated prep time is over 16 hours! Now you can try this delicacy yourself without doing all the work.
Unlike cooking a regular turkey, the Turducken requires zero prep work. There's no brining, basting, tying, stuffing, or other preparation required. All you have to do is defrost it properly and use a meat thermometer. That's all there is to it! The Turducken will self-baste from the inside out, and doesn't require constant attention.
The Bacon-Wrapped Turducken roast is totally boneless (no waste!) and packed with protein. When sliced, each serving provides a cross section of every component ensuring a visual and taste sensation. Each roast weighs approximately 6.6 lbs and feeds up to 12 joy-filled, bacon-loving carnivores.
The roast is shipped frozen, on dry ice. If there is any dry ice remaining in the box upon delivery, handle with care and use protective gloves whenever touching it. Prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn. Keep away from children and animals. Roast requires 3 days to thaw in the fridge. You can thaw the roast more quickly by submerging it in cool water for 24 hours before cooking. Instructions on how to cook it will be included. Contains wheat, nitrites.
