This smoky bacon is made from Beef Brisket which offers an alternative to pork. Incredibly easy to prepare, heat in the oven for 10 minutes or put it on the BBQ. The meat comes out tender and smoky and absolutely delicious. Folks in the Midwest probably don't know how rare a cut of beef brisket is in other parts of the country! Those of us raised on slow roasted brisket will swoon at the notion of bringing brisket back!
