Bacon Freak's bacon comes from small smokehouses around the country. Several dry cured bacon varieties offered, dry cured bacon has far less shrinkage when cooked than conventional supermarket bacon. There are no injections or liquid smoke, this bacon is made in small batches, cured and legitimately hardwood smoked. Yes, it takes longer to produce this bacon, but in our opinion it is time well-spent. Adding various spices to the bacon after smoking brings another flavor dimension.
