Boss Hog's Santa Fe Bacon Rub

This spice blend is perfect for those who want to add some Southwest flavor without adding heat. Made with paprika, red peppers, garlic and coriander, this blend is delicious when added to uncooked bacon or other meats to ramp up the flavor.
