These sausage links are practically pure pork. No artificial ingredients are used and the pork is minimally processed. Beeler's family farm has been raising hogs since 1846 and they still hold to the original standards set by Grandpa Fred, raising the hogs without antibiotics or growth promotants, and vegetable fed. No MSG, Casein or gluten either. Pure and simple, you can probably find all the ingredients for these pork sausages in your cupboards, except for the hog and the beef collagen casings of course. The spices used are sea salt, sage, red and black pepper and turbinado sugar. These sausages should be kept frozen until ready for use.
