Our favorite type of bagel inspired this new bacon. We started with flavor basics like garlic and onion, then added poppy seeds, sesame seeds and caraway seeds. In fact, you could say we got "caraway'ed" when we made this, but we don't think it's too much. Because we made sure that even with all these scrumptious seeds and seasonings that the true star is still the amazing smoky taste of hickory-smoked bacon.
