This uncured bacon uses no added nitrates or nitrites. Ingredients are simple: pork, salt, sugar, red, white and black pepper, garlic spices. Minimally processed pork spiced with a Cajun flavor. This bacon is great on it's own and also fantastic in recipes with a Cajun flavor. Thick "country-sliced" bacon that offers a spicy, meaty flavor.
